Kali Koy serves as the Program Manager in compliance to support the Office of the Texas State Chemist (OTSC) & Feed & Fertilizer Control Service (FFCS) in regulatory and compliance actions across the industry. She plays a key role in ensuring that industry operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
Kali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science - Animal Production and a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Consumer Resources from Tarleton State University. Before joining OTSC she gained valuable experience through positions in various agricultural entities, providing her with a comprehensive background in the field and a practical understanding of industry needs.
